Community Link Network

The Community Link Network is the comprehensive suite of educational, relational, and resource-based services offered by Fully Committed Christian Ministries International (FCCMI).

This Network serves as the organization's primary stabilization and prevention pillar, strategically designed to engage the general public and provide foundational support that actively works to prevent family fragmentation and community crisis.

The Purpose is Threefold:

  • Financial & Relational Stabilization (Prevention): To deliver accredited, skill-based curricula (LINK: Financial Literacy and LIFT: Life Coaching) that equip community members with the tools for financial health and effective communication, significantly reducing the key stressors that lead to family crisis.
  • Earned Revenue Generation: To operate high-value, fee-based programs (course tuition, event ticketing, retail sales) that generate predictable, mission-aligned revenue. This income is then channeled to subsidize the intensive, high-cost FCCMI Restoration Initiatives.
  • Community Resource Hub: To act as a central, accessible hub offering essential services, including confidential resource navigation (connecting clients to food, shelter, and external care) and specialized support referrals (Marital Mentoring, Grief Counseling).

The Client Flow Acknowledges Multiple Functions:

  • General Public Participants: Community members enroll in the fee-based LINK and LIFT programs to proactively gain skills and stability, thereby funding the broader mission.
  • Restoration Client Requirement: Clients residing in the FCCMI Restoration Initiatives receive the LINK and LIFT curricula as a mandatory, core component of their therapeutic and financial foundation training, ensuring they graduate with the soft skills necessary to maintain professional success.

Patrons of Enterprise: Shoppers patronizing The Restoration Exchange and attendees of Harper's Family Farm events access high-quality goods and experiences, providing the critical

FCCMI Restoration Initiatives

The FCCMI Restoration Initiatives are the comprehensive and accredited training, employment, and therapeutic services offered by Fully Committed Christian Ministries International.

These Initiatives serve as a continuous, integrated pipeline designed to move vulnerable individuals—specifically Domestic Violence Survivors, Returning Citizens, and Veterans—from a state of crisis or dependency to sustainable, self-sufficient community integration.

The Purpose is Threefold:

  1. Immediate Stabilization: To provide therapeutic and supportive services (The HavenTrack Resilience System) that address immediate barriers, such as trauma, economic instability, and childcare needs, regardless of the client's current residence (e.g., in a shelter, with a partner program, or in their own home).
  2. Certified Vocational Training: To provide accredited, real-world Transitional Employment (via the Online Thrift Store, Cornerstone Home Builders, and Harper's Family Farm) that culminates in recognized certifications, stable wages, and a proven track record of employment reliability.
  3. Long-Term Self-Sufficiency: To integrate vocational training, earned wages, and therapeutic services with housing solutions (HavenTrust Safe-Haven Housing), ensuring every client departs with the emotional health, financial means, and certified skills required for permanent independence.

The Client Flow Acknowledges Multiple Entry Points:

  • External Referrals: Clients from other programs (e.g., local shelters, reentry services) enter the Initiatives solely for the therapeutic and vocational benefits.
  • HavenTrust Residents: Clients residing in the HavenTrust facility receive these Initiatives as a core, mandatory component of their residency, utilizing the programs to build the financial foundation necessary to transition to permanent housing.

Program Graduates: Clients who complete the Initiatives and secure long-term employment remain connected for ongoing mentorship and follow-up (The Healing Pillar).
